Privacy Policy

Last updated: March 12, 2026

1. Introduction

At DishDash (powered by Zynolabs), we respect your privacy and are committed to protecting the personal data of both our Restaurant Partners and their end-user Customers. This policy explains how we collect, process, and safeguard your data.

2. Data We Collect

  • Restaurant Partners: Contact information, business details, menu data, staff metadata (names/roles), and operational analytics.
  • End-Customers (Diners): In some instances, order history, table session IDs, phone numbers (if required for digital receipts or OTP verifications), and feedback submissions.
  • Payment Data: All UPI and card payments are processed securely via third-party gateways (e.g., Razorpay/PayU). DishDash does not store sensitive credit card numbers on our servers.

3. How We Use Your Data

We strictly use the collected data to provide the core services of the DishDash ecosystem: rendering digital menus, transmitting kitchen orders via WebSockets, compiling financial analytics for admins, and ensuring table-lock security during active dining sessions.

4. Data Sharing & Third Parties

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information. Data is only shared with trusted third parties (such as cloud hosting providers and payment processors) strictly to facilitate the application's functionality.

5. Security

We employ enterprise-grade security measures to protect your digital restaurants. This includes secure database hashing for authorizations and strict REST/GraphQL API boundaries.
