Welcome to DishDash, operated by Zynolabs. By accessing and using our digital QR ordering platform and kitchen display systems (collectively, the "Service"), you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
DishDash provides a software-as-a-service (SaaS) platform tailored for restaurants, cafes, and hospitality businesses. Our tools include digital menus, QR ordering, UPI payment gateways, real-time Kitchen Display Systems (KDS), and analytics dashboards.
As part of our early access program, DishDash is currently provided entirely Free of Cost and operates with a 0% commission structure on dine-in orders. We reserve the right to introduce premium paid tiers in the future, but early adopters may be granted legacy access at our discretion.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of any administrative accounts, including your DishDash dashboard and staff magic links. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized access or use of your account.
In no event shall Zynolabs or the DishDash team be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising out of your use of the Service or any hardware failures within your premises.
